Popeye Village – Online Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket online, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Validity
• All tickets are valid for a single entry on the selected date.
• Tickets may be transferred to an alternative date due to illness or changes in travel plans. To request a date change, please email info@popeyemalta.com
2. Refund Policy
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity start time (9:30 a.m. local time).
• Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@popeyemalta.com within the cancellation period.
• Refund requests received after the stated deadline will NOT be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Booking Processing Time
• Once payment has been successfully completed, a booking confirmation containing a QR code will be sent instantly to the registered email address.
• If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us at info@popeyemalta.com
4. Entry Requirements
• Please have your QR code(s) ready for scanning upon arrival.
• Tickets and wristbands will be issued on the day of your visit.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry if ticket validity cannot be verified.
• Proof of age (original document or digital copy) may be requested to present
• Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
5. Safety & Conduct
• The use of drones is strictly prohibited within the premises.
• Visitors must comply with all safety instructions, rules and directions provided by staff at all times.
6. General Conditions
• Popeye Village Malta reserves the right to amend operating hours, temporarily close areas, or modify attractions due to weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises without refund.
